Refund Policy for Curb Lure LLC
All sales are final and non-refundable unless the item is damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to submit a claim for a replacement.
To submit a claim, please email us at info@curblure.com with your order number and a description of the damage. We may request photos of the damaged item to verify the claim.
If your claim is approved, we will replace the damaged item free of charge. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a equal subsitiute.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or assembly of our products. We are also not responsible for damages that occur after the 48-hour window has passed.
